This is clearly stated at the entrance, and for that reason we do not operate as a place where guests come only for desserts after dining elsewhere. When your group arrived, shortly before closing, you explained that you had already eaten and only wanted desserts. In addition, members of your group attempted to bring drinks purchased elsewhere into the restaurant, which is not permitted. Dear CJR, We're genuinely sorry that your experience didn't meet your expectations. Although we had already closed for the evening, I chose to reopen the kitchen and serve you because I didn't want you to leave without dinner. We also explained, politely, that outside food and drinks cannot be consumed in the restaurant, which is standard practice in Spain. As for the food, we're naturally disappointed it wasn't to your taste. Fortunately, every palate is different, and we're grateful that many guests—from all over the world—particularly enjoy our homemade dishes, including the lasagne and Thai curry.
