Hi. So sorry you have been disappointed. She called you the evening before as you did not reply during the day your WhatsApp and l you said you personalized tour was already set and planned for long time. It is a normal procedure of our company to get in touch the day before to inform you where the ship will dock at our big port in Palma and this is exactly the opposite you said, this is service and organization! You have your Campanet caves reserved, we took you to a nice place for lunch and beach in Alcudia as your requested and disappointed it was when you tried to skip at the last moment to pay the balance of your tour and she needed to remind you after a full day trip. We don’t understand “1 star” punctuation. Sorry.
