No malfunction at all: we explained you on boarding to put the handle in neutral to start the engine (like in a car), and you tried to do it with the handle engaged forward. You called us, we answered immediately explained it again, and you started the engine without trouble. All this in 2 minutes, so not "stranded out at sea" at any moment. Then I'm really sorry if you panicked and made your son cry, or if it was hot. Not sure we could be blamed for that. We were there constantly to support you. You decided to come back a bit before time, and started to yell on our colleagues to ask for money, first in the harbour and then in our office. Hello, We haven't changed anything. You booked an activity starting from harbour of Can Pastilla. We've sent you the booking confirmation with the exact meeting point, a Google map link, pictures of the place, adress... And you went to another harbour at 10km from here... When you contacted us we answered immediately and even asked the captain to delay the boarding, but after 30min he had to leave, he had other guests. Captain'Baptiste

The radio was working, and you had troubles connecting your phones, nothing I could help with, especially from earth. And you haven't paid any extra for that, all our boats are equipped with radio/Bluetooth. We explained you that the very first rule is to drive at more than 100 meters outside of the yellow buoys line (beach swimmers zone), and you drove 100m INSIDE of it, in the middle of the swimmers. So yes, we called you to avoid an accident and a 6.000€ fine. I think you should be grateful instead of complaining and writing bad review... Anyway, I hope you enjoyed the day at sea, that's the most important for us.

Hello, You don't manage to park your car (all our other guests did), and you blame us for that? We rent boats, I don't know what we could do about the traffic in the streets.. We already made ~10.000 rentals, and you are the very first guest who don't find a space to park, it never happened, not once. We had 3 others groups coming by car this morning, all found and were on-time for boarding. 2 of my colleagues came also by car, and they found in 5-10min. Put a bad review to the town of Can Pastilla if you think there is not enough parking space, but I don't see what we could do about it unfortunately.
