Your group initially stayed in one of our Family Rooms suitable for four guests. One member of your group left and you extended your stay by an additional night with a new reservation. The room you chose was a Deluxe Room with an extra bed for the third guest, exactly as described on our website. When you expressed your concerns about the room, we offered to cancel the reservation free of charge, despite it having been made through a third-party agency.
